A man in his twenties was taken to Canberra Hospital with life-threatening injuries after his car hit a tree on Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters worked for an hour to free the man, whose car crashed on Morshead Drive, Campbell.
Intensive care paramedics treated him at the scene before transporting him to hospital.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 1.40pm.
ACT Policing investigated the incident but was unable to provide an update on Saturday night.
ACT Health would not comment on the condition of the man.
