Raymond Glynn Bertram, 33, was travelling south on Erindale Drive about 6pm when he crashed into the back of a car near Sulwood Drive in Fadden.

ACT Policing's Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team is investigating the collision and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
The crash is the fifth death on Canberra's roads this year and the fourth involving a pedestrian, cyclist or motorcyclist. It happened the evening after a chaotic morning on Canberra's roads, which saw multiple crashes delay morning commuters.
