Claims by a 16-year-old girl that she was abducted and raped during an afternoon jog in Holt were found to be "not substantiated" by police.

Police spent nearly two months investigating claims that a teenage girl was abducted while running along Spofforth Street listening to music at about 5.30pm on September 15.
The girl claimed she was grabbed from behind and dragged into a Ford Falcon sedan by three men.
She said she was sexually assaulted and then left near a car park near the Kippax Playing Field near Moyes Crescent.
The allegations sparked a police investigation that saw posters with a facefit image of one of the men put up around the area.
But police have today said the girl's claims are not substantiated.
Authorities have spoken with the man identified in the facefit, and will not be laying any charges.
Police say the investigation has now been finalised.
Police have encouraged all victims of sexual assault to come forward, noting there are a number of agencies available to support victims, such as the Canberra Rape Crisis Centre.
