Of the 281 infringements in school zones, the greatest number were recorded outside Radford College along College Street, where 32 drivers were caught during the school terms.
Zones outside North Ainslie Primary School and Canberra Girls Grammar School came second and third respectively, while Lyneham Primary School and Burgmann Anglican College came equal fourth with 21 infringements.
Mobile speed cameras operated outside 31 schools at different times during this period.
All five of the most active red light and speed cameras were based either along Northbourne Avenue or Hindmarsh Drive, with the former's intersection with Antill Street recording the greatest number of combined red light runners and speeding infringements at 136.
Hindmarsh Drive and Ball Street in Phillip, near Westfield Woden, was the second highest at 117, with Northbourne Avenue and Barry Drive following at 97 infringements.
Hindmarsh Drive's intersection with Canberra Avenue at Fyshwick and Northbourne Avenue and London Circuit in Civic tied for fourth place with 83 recorded offences each.
Fixed speed cameras picked up fewer infringements than either mobile or dual red light-speed cameras, but the southside featured more heavily.
The Monaro Highway between Mugga Lane and Isabella Drive at Hume recorded the greatest number of infringements with 111, just ahead of the 110 picked up at the Barton Highway between Curran Drive and Gold Creek Road.
Another Barton Highway camera, this time between Gungahlin Drive and Ellenborough Street, recorded 106 speeding drivers, tied with the Monaro Highway camera between Lanyon Drive and Sheppard Street.
The Tuggeranong Parkway camera near the Cotter Road overpass picked up the fifth highest number of infringements at 82.
