One person was arrested, three people were taken into custody and police seized a total of eight tablets they suspected to be narcotics at Saturday's Spilt Milk music festival in Canberra, police say.

The Sunday Canberra Times reported witnessing festival goers at Commonwealth Park abandoning their drugs and finding suspect packages around the grounds.
The National Capital Authority, which manages the land the festival was on, announced in September that pill-testing would be banned at the festival.
The ACT government said in November the authority's decision gave the government too little notice to prepare an alternative on territory-owned land before the festival.
A pill-testing trial was successfully held for the Groovin' The Moo festival in April this year.
The tests detected two pills, which contained the same substances linked to the hospitalisation of 13 people in New Zealand.
