Former Emergency Services Minister Simon Corbell announced the review into the culture of the ACT Ambulance Service back in October 2013.
The report was ordered after complaints of bullying and harassment and allegations of a toxic culture within the service.
Shadow Emergency Services Minister Brendan Smyth said the report was supposed to be released in December, but has still not materialised.
"I call on [Emergency Services Minister] Joy Burch to release the review and to demonstrate that she takes issues of bullying and harassment seriously," he said.
