Crowd numbers were believed to be down on previous years with ACT Policing praising the behaviour of event goers.
One man was arrested for selling alcohol to minors and another was taken into custody for intoxication.
Eight juveniles were taken into protective custody for alcohol-related issues and two for cannabis use and were dealt with by a specialist Youth Reception Team.
Police also reported a large decline in the number of children reported missing during the event compared to last year, when there 30 reports.
Police reunited nine children with their parents using the help of free identity wristbands handed out by officers at the event.
