Police have called for the public's help to find a man who hasn't been seen since he left his south Canberra home on Thursday afternoon.

Daemon Wolfe, aged in his mid-30s, walked out of his Greenway home about 4.30pm and was last heard from later that night.

Mr Wolfe's described as Caucasian man, slim and about 178cm tall.
He has dark brown hair and short facial stubble.
When he was last seen he wore a grey beanie, a dark-coloured jumper, black tracksuit pants with a stripe down the side of each leg, and black and white joggers.
Police hold concerns for his welfare,
