The three offenders are alleged to have first broken into an office building close to the Realm Hotel in Barton between the evening of October 17 and the early hours of October 18.

The trio is also believed to be behind the ransacking of the premises on Sydney Avenue on October 30, where property was stolen around 3am.

ACT Policing has called on members of the public to help them identify the alleged perpetrators.

At the time, the first offender was wearing a black hoodie with black pants and white sneakers with orange laces and a black face covering.

The second was wearing a black baseball cap with a white scarf covering his face, a black jumper and beige pants with red and green sneakers.

The third offender was wearing a black baseball cap and black hoodie with red and white writing, black shorts and black and white sneakers.
