The agency says Labor appears ''as good as home'' in the ACT election as far as its customers are concerned, with over 95 per cent of bets going with the party.
The odds on a Gallagher victory have shortened considerably in the campaign's last week, in from $1.50 on Monday to $1.18. The Liberals' price has blown out from $2.30 on Monday to a $3.50 long shot yesterday.
Sportsbet.com.au's Shaun Anderson said the Chief Minister was still some way off super-horse Black Caviar.
''$1.04 has been the starting price for Black Caviar in her last couple of races,'' he said. ''So she [the Chief Minister] has a little way to go, but she's pretty short.''
He said his company was amazed by the vote of confidence from punters on Gallagher's party.
''It's amazing how it has literally been all one-way traffic for Labor,'' Mr Anderson said.
''There has virtually been no interest at all in the Liberals and, if that continues, Labor will start even shorter than their current $1.18 on election day.''
Either six or seven seats will be won by Labor according to the market, with both figures priced at $2.20 each.
