Low has struggled for first grade opportunities at the Raiders, having last played in the NRL in round 21, 2010.
The 22-year-old left for Belmore yesterday, and his departure comes after former Penrith winger Sandor Earl arrived at Canberra headquarters after signing with Raiders for the rest of the season.
Canterbury is hopeful Low will help ease an injury crisis in its outside backs with Steve Turner, Mitch Brown, Bryson Goodwin, Luke MacDougall and Tim Lafai all sidelined.
Raiders CEO Don Furner said he wished the Raiders junior all the best for the future.
“Drury has been with the club since 2008 where he played SG Ball and was a member of the Toyota Cup Grand Final premiership,” Furner said. “We wish him all the best for the future and thank him for his time at the club.”
