Heavy rain halted dumping of Mr Fluffy demolition materials over five days in June, with trucks unable to reach the tip front.

The Asbestos Taskforce says there is no significant impact on the demolition program, with 220 houses demolished to date.
The taskforce initially failed to even acknowledge the tip's closure. When asked on Wednesday morning about the implications of the tip closure for Mr Fluffy demolitions, a taskforce spokeswoman had a one-line answer: "The West Belconnen tip remains open."
But later, it provided more detailed answers, and a spokeswoman said head contractors amended their activities ahead of wet weather and neighbours and former owners were informed of any changes to demolition days.
The territories directorate confirmed the tip had been closed on Monday and Tuesday this week, and for three days from June 6 to 8.
"Due to the wet weather, vehicles have not been able to access the Mr Fluffy disposal area," a directorate spokesman said.
"The closure of the site allows time for the Mr Fluffy disposal area to drain and for road maintenance to be undertaken to regain access to the Mr Fluffy disposal area."
The tip is receiving an average of 38 truck and skip loads of Fluffy demolition material a day this year.
The taskforce spokeswoman said building rubble would have been left on a number of sites when the tip was closed, but that was not unusual.
Neighbours were already being told about rubble remaining on sites overnight and reassured it was not a risk.
"If rubble is to remain on site it has been approved by a licensed asbestos assessor and meets Worksafe ACT requirements," the taskforce advises.
"It is also important to understand that the rubble does not include loose fill asbestos insulation. The Mr Fluffy insulation as well as any bonded asbestos has been removed prior to the demolition. What remains is the structure of the house which has been coated with coloured PVA glue which has bound any remnant fibres which may have remained.
"If the rubble remains on the site it will remain damp and water run-off will be managed."
The taskforce was not aware of any rubble remaining in trucks, the spokeswoman said.
Last year, the taskforce said each of 1022 Fluffy homes would produce an average 17 truckloads of contaminated material each to be dumped at West Belconnen.
Loose-fill asbestos from the wall cavities and other areas of the houses is being dumped separately, sealed in bins and taken to an area at the Mugga lane tip.
