A man held up a Rivett newsagent on Wednesday morning by using a large kitchen knife to threaten staff.

At about 7.45am the man entered the store holding the knife and demanded the staff hand over a sum of money.
He is described as male, 180cm tall and possibly aged in his teens or early twenties.
He was wearing black Puma track pants with a white stripe down the leg, a black jacket over a white hooded jumper, a black balaclava, black gloves and white shoes.
Police said the man was last seen by witnesses heading towards Bangalay Crescent on foot.
