Drivers will be restricted from travelling along Lake Burley Griffin in Yarralumla on Sunday as runners hit the pavement for the YMCA of Canberra half marathon.

Parts of Flynn Drive, Flynn Place and Alexandrina Drive will be closed between 7am and 9am to make way for the race.
Northbound lanes on Flynn Place and Flynn Drive will be closed from 7am, while Alexandrina Drive will be closed between Flynn Drive and Novar Street from 7.30am.
A number of intersections will also be closed to traffic from 7.30am including Flynn Drive and Kaye Street; Alexandrina Drive and Hopeton Circuit; Alexandrina Drive and Novar Street; and the Alexandrina Drive loop and Brown Street.
A small strip of Brown Street between Alexandrina Drive and the Alexandrina Drive loop road will also be blocked.
Barriers and warning and diversion signs will also be installed to alert people to the closures.
