It comes after earlier revelations on Monday that a man was admitted to hospital after being punched and kicked in the head on the same night.
An ACT Health spokeswoman said the man had been discharged from hospital.
Police said they believed a series of assaults began about 11.50pm on Thursday at the intersection of West Row and London Circuit.
The fight spilled onto the median strip of Northbourne Avenue before some of the offenders and victims continued towards McDonalds on East Row.
At midnight, police spoke to a group of five men near Northbourne Avenue. They claimed to have been assaulted by a group of men in the area.
Five minutes later, police were called to the McDonalds on East Row, where two more men alleged they had been assaulted by a man between London Circuit and East Row.
Police issues photos of four men they wanted to identify in relation to the assaults.
On Tuesday, an ACT Policing spokeswoman said three men had made themselves known to police, but one was yet to be identified.
The victim of the later attack is still in hospital.
Police are calling for witnesses to the two separate incidents, and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the website.
