And Mr Seselja shrugged off Ms Gallagher's commanding lead in the preferred Chief Minister stakes, saying the election would not be decided on whether the electorate liked Ms Gallagher.
Ms Gallagher said this morning that the election remains too close to call.
Today's Patterson poll of 1203 voters across Canberra predicts that Labor will hold its seven Assembly seats, the Liberals will remain on six seats and the Greens will retain their four Assembly members, despite a softening of their vote in two of the three electorates.
Mr Seselja tried to cast doubt over the results of the Patterson poll.
"I don't get too hung up about one poll, we've seen any number of polls over the past few weeks that have been reasonably different to what has been published today," he said.
"Even if you were to accept those numbers, I think it shows it's very close.
"If you look at the numbers in Brindabella, that could go either way, Molonglo could go either way."
The opposition leader said he was pinning his hope on the undecided vote, which the poll said was as high as 10 per cent in some electorates.
"Those people who are undecided, and there are a number of undecideds, will probably decide this election over the next couple of days," he said.
The Chief Minister said that crucial seats would be decided on a small number of votes.
"There is a large group that will be making their minds up during in the next few days and I certainly think the last seat in each electorate will come down to several hundred votes so from my point of view, the election has been too close to call," she said.
Greens leader Meredith Hunter conceded that her colleague Amanda Bresnan was coming under pressure in her seat of Brindabella.
"If we go to Brindabella, we have seen quite a change, we've seen Zed move from Molonglo to Brindabella and for part of the Canberra Liberals' strategy to have a full-on assault down there in that electorate," Ms Hunter said.
"We always knew that last seat in Molonglo was going to be the one we were going to have to wait some days to see a result."
