Bishop Power will retire at the end of the month.
Born in Queanbeyan, he is a foundation student of Canberra's St Edmund's College. He has been Auxiliary Bishop since 1988.
Before then, Bishop Power was a priest in Queanbeyan and secretary to the archbishop.
The first Mass will be held on Friday in Batemans Bay, and the second at St Raphael's Church in Queanbeyan on Sunday.
In Cooma, the farewell Mass will be on June 15, and in Canberra it will begin at 6pm on June 19 at St Christopher's Cathedral Manuka.
There will be a farewell liturgy in Young on June 24, and in Goulburn on June 29.
