Officers searched the Eleanor Street property, where they allegedly found chemicals and equipment used to produce prohibited drugs.
The early morning search also uncovered a hydroponic cannabis setup, along with cannabis plants and leaf.
A crime scene has been established and will be examined by specialist officers.
A 42-year-old man has been arrested and is helping detectives with their inquiries, and a number of charges are expected to be laid.
