Police said the three men - two aged 17 and another 18 – would not move on when told to and were taken into custody for breaches of the peace.
"After reports of a disturbance were received at an address in Gungahlin where a large group of people were gathering in the street outside, police attended to find around 50 people in various states of intoxication and acting aggressively," they said in a statement.
"Most of the group quickly dispersed on police arrival but move on directions then were issued due to the aggression and threats of violence by some remaining."
The three teens were later released on undertakings of recognisance.
