The blue Mitsubishi rolled on Corin Road before 11.20am Wednesday morning, near the Tidbinbilla Road intersection in Canberra's south.
All three 17-year-olds were treated by intensive care paramedics for minor injuries and transported to Canberra Hospital.
ACT Fire and Rescue attended to a minor fuel leak from the car following the accident.
Corin Road was closed for a period while police awaited a tow truck and drivers were advised to avoid the area.
By 12.20pm the road had been reopened.
An ACT Policing spokeswoman said it was unclear what caused the rollover.
