Police said they were helped by information from the public.
At 2.15am emergency services were called to a fire at a commercial premise on Bungendore Road where wooden pallets and the contents of a metal skip bin alongside the building wall had been ignited.
The fire caused minor damage and was put out by NSW Fire and Rescue.
Five minutes later, emergency services responded to a fire near an office building at the intersection of Farrer Place and Lowe Street where two plastic garbage bins had been set alight, causing smoke damage to the external building wall.
At 2.30am emergency services were called to a fire at a residential unit in Foster Street. This fire was extinguished by a resident of the unit block.
Police said the woman was taken to Queanbeyan Police Station and charged with three counts of "cause damage to property by fire".
She was granted bail and will appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on November 24.
Monaro Local Area Command Inspector Tony Hill said this morning's events illustrated how important information from the public was to police.
"This is a great example where timely information from the public has helped us do our job and make a quick arrest for a serious crime," he said.
