The small truck, which exceeded the maximum height allowance for the entry off Lathlain Street, appears to have ripped the barrier out of a concrete stump.
The crash, which occurred at the carpark north of the shopping centre near Classic Car Wash, closed part of the road to traffic mid-afternoon before it was re-opened at 4.40pm.
An ACT Policing spokesman said police were aware of an incident in the area but had not received reports of any serious traffic delays.
The incident comes less than a week after a car flipped on its roof at one of the exits from a car park at the same Westfield.
