Darren Samsom, 48, is charged with dangerous driving causing death and negligent driving occasioning death, after his pantech truck allegedly collided with cyclist Major Aaron Couchman.

Major Couchman, who was on leave from the New Zealand Defence force at the time, died at the scene.
Mr Samsom was not injured in the accident, which happened just outside the town of Sutton near the NSW and ACT border.
Appearing at the Queanbeyan local court on Monday, Mr Samsom was granted an extension of his bail and his case was adjourned until June.
