Paramedics were called to the area close to Murray Jackson Drive at 1.40pm following reports of a collison between two motorcycles.

Both riders are believed to have come off their bikes after they hit gravel.

A 67-year-old was treated at the scene for arm and shoulder injuries.

The condition of the second rider is unknown.

The Snowy Hydro Southcare helicopter was dispatched to the scene shortly after 2pm. It flew a man in his 60s to Canberra Hospital.

Traffic is affected in both directions.

This is the second motorcycle crash on the Snowy Mountains Highway this month.
