And we promise this is the last update....At least until the next lot go up.
But we couldn't let this gem pass un-noticed.
Canturf has added a little addition to its Putin/Trump sign on the Monaro Highway.
The original sign read: "Putin the seed and it comes up Trumps".
And the new addendum reads: "....And only costs a few pence", a reference to US vice-president Mike Pence.
Which makes it a pretty powerful triumvirate on a sign for turf - a Russian president and a US president and vice-president.
As long as it sells the grass!
Kate Davy, from Canturf, told us her brother James' father-in-law, John Shirm, came up with the pithy addition and she had a new sign added toot sweet.
(Gundaroo farmer Trent Brown came up with the original Putin/Trump sign.)
Kate said the signs had become something of a Canberra institution.
The company was conscious of not changing them too much, to upset their novelty, or of crossing the line into smart alec-dom.
"You really can't buy that kind of advertising," Kate said.
"People talk about them on their way to work, on the way to the coast. They really have become part of the fabric of the town."
