A woman has been charged after police allegedly found a quantity of heroin at a home in Watson on Tuesday.

The 50-year-old woman was arrested and charge following the search on the home about 8am.
Officers allegedly found 22.75 grams of a substance believed to be heroin, and a quantity of cannabis.
The woman was taken to the ACT Watch House, and has been charged with drug trafficking and possession. She is due in ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning.
Police said the search warrant was executed as part of a three-month campaign targeting illicit drugs in teh community.
