Gregory Jude Millgate, 40, was arrested in late June by the child abuse team, and charged with two acts of indecency on a young person under the age of 16, and two acts of indecency on a child under the age of 10.

Millgate, from Weston, faced court for the first time on Thursday morning, and entered pleas of not guilty to all four charges.

His bail was continued, and he will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court again on September 19 for case management.
