10am and 1pm | TRUFFLE HUNT It’s truffle season again. Join the hunt at one of the largest truffle farms on Australia’s east coast. Follow Snuffle the truffle dog and her handler into the forest as she locates the scent and tracks down the elusive truffle. Then see the truffle cleaned and prepared for market, and finish the tour with your very own truffle crème brulee. Tours run on Saturdays until August 16.
