Winnunga chief says Inanna's Aboriginal housing tenders should have gone to an Indigenous group

The head of Canberra's Aboriginal health service has accused the ACT government of ignoring "national best practice" after it chose two non-Indigenous organisations to run housing and support services for Indigenous people.
