An ACT Policing spokeswoman said the incident occurred on the Lhotsky Street side of the shopping centre around 11.15am.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were tasked to the shopping centre after multiple emergency calls from shoppers.
An ACT Emergency Services Agency spokesman said one woman was treated for a minor laceration to her foot and taken to Calvary Hospital.
Witnesses said the car crashed into chairs, a bin, and a power pole with ACTEW staff currently working to repair the damage.
The car narrowly passed through bollards separating the car park from the shopping centre and came to a halt in an alley-way.
