Bombers veteran Dustin Fletcher has signed on to play his 21st season with the club.
The signing was announced by the club late last night.
Fletcher now sits in seventh place for the most games played in VFL/AFL history.
The two-time premiership player and All-Australian has amassed 365 games and 69 goals since debuting against Carlton in 1993.
The 37-year-old said he made the decision to continue his playing career when he was running laps of Windy Hill oval days after the 2012 season ended.
"I'm still really enjoying my footy and I think that was the key to playing on next season," he said in a statement.
"The old body feels good. I've still got a bit of pace and I'm sure Hirdy will go easy on me at training."
Senior coach James Hird said Fletcher's professionalism was the reason behind his longevity.
