Canberra Liberal Giulia Jones is using social media to criticise Tony Abbott's second budget, saying some changes "appall" her and will lose the Coalition votes.

Her comments come as the Coalition government unveiled its long-promised childcare package, pledging more money for many families from 2017 but stripping others of nearly all of the childcare assistance they currently receive.
Almost $1 billion will be saved by stopping women accessing employer and government paid parental leave schemes concurrently.
Meanwhile, Mr Abbott has used public servant parents who claim paid parental leave from their employers as well as through the national scheme to defend his decision to backtrack on paid parental leave.
Speaking a press conference at a Fyshwick auto electrical business on Wednesday, Mr Abbott lashed out at public servant parents saying they were "double dipping" on the taxpayer and it was "not right".
"Here in the ACT, there are lots of Commonwealth public servants who have quite a generous paid parental leave scheme.
"Why should they be double-dipping? Once, as a public servant, and another time through the social security system; it doesn't seem right," he said.
Commenting on Facebook on a story about the Abbott Government dismantling the decade-old compact with families, Ms Jones said: "It seems the government believes this is necessary, however it seems a very big shift and will loose [sic] the coalition a group of voters they have relied on to win elections federally. Not to mention playing one group of mums against another."
Ms Jones used to work for Mr Abbott and is now a member of the ACT Legislative Assembly.
She is currently on maternity leave after giving birth last month to her fifth child, a boy named Maximus Jones. Her office has been contacted for comment.
In another post, she says: "It does appall [sic] me that the budget pits mums working 100% on future tax payers, those women mothering full time from home, against working mums who are often working for very little reward after paying for child care.
"Why do we leave women with children feeling like they are left to fight over the left overs?
"Strong mums means a strong future. Women's empowerment has a long way to run when children are a good and normal part of women's lives and they are our future yet women with children are not all treated as powerful creators of future prosperity."
Earlier this year, before the arrival of her fifth baby, she hit out at critics of Mr Abbott's paid parental leave scheme as Neanderthals who did not have women's best interests at heart.
"I think if you were going to write a policy that supported women, that supported mothers, that supported families, you would write a policy like that ... and those who talk down that policy are doing a massive disservice to women having babies," she said of the scheme, which was devised while she was indigenous affairs adviser in Mr Abbott's office.
