Cut cost of Australian medicine

Prime Minister Tony Abbott's attempts to change our medical welfare system represent either extreme laziness or duplicity of the first order. They hit out at those who are sick and those who are carefully managing chronic problems such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. Yet there is no effective attempt to cut costs where major savings could be made.
