Letters: Virgin must be held accountable for putting passengers at risk

In February 2014, a Virgin Airlines ATR 72 sustained serious damage, including a visibly twisted tailplane, on a Canberra-Sydney flight. The weakened airliner stayed in service for a further five days. Nearly 30 months later, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau is still investigating what went wrong.
