Election 2016: Bill Shorten's planning is outflanking Malcolm Turnbull's

Bill Shorten appears to have grown in stature during the election campaign. Malcolm Turnbull, by contrast, has seemed diminished. Most likely, the Coalition is still comfortably ahead. But the race is still Turnbull's to lose, and Shorten has more options than he does.
