When historians write about late 1990s and early 2000s Australian politics, Pauline Hanson and her One Nation Party will be part of the story. Other things that seem important now will be forgotten. She is still drawing crowds in Perth 20 years after she first arrived in Federal Parliament representing the Queensland electorate of Oxley.
