Press 1 if you want to destroy all call centres

My call was very important to Australia Post, but unfortunately all of their operators were busy at the moment. And for a further 45 minutes or so, until I hung up in disgust, at myself for having so much patience, as much as at Australia Post. This was of course after any amount of entirely unhelpful rigmarole about pressing 1 one if I had a query about this, 2 if that, and 3 about anything else.
