Here's another video game jigsaw for you to ponder. Can you work out what it is?

Here's another video game jigsaw for you to ponder. Can you work out what it is?

Another week comes to an end here on Screen Play, and next week is promising to be a big one.

I'll be publishing my review of Far Cry 3's epic single-player campaign (spoiler warning - it's fantastic) and after a long wait I'll finally be unveiling my preview of Gearbox's nifty-looking Aliens: Colonial Marines.

A big thankyou to the three Your Turn writers whose work went up this week. All three were great pieces, and I'm hoping we will be able to sneak in a few more before judging next Friday. If you want to win a free PS Vita, you really should consider writing up an article or a game review.

For now, though, here's this week's jigsaw. There was some controversy over the use of Google Image Search last week, so I selected this one myself, but the first person to correctly identify the game in the comments below wins the right to select next Friday's game.

I will reveal new pieces of the puzzle over the course of the day, with the full image revealed around 5pm this evening, but your job is to try to work it out before then.

I doubt anyone is going to get this one from the first two pieces, but I have been wrong before.

Have at it, good readers, and have a great weekend.

  • Looks like it could be Red Dead Redemption, but that'd be too easy right?

      • That was absolutely going to be my first guess too, but I reckon DexX might have chosen this screenshot just to fool us in the Far Cry 2 direction...

    • Looks like an infinity engine game. Baldurs Gate or Icewind Dale.

      • It does kind of look like that first browned off open area where you encounter the giant or troll or whatever it is in Baldur's Gate
