Number 12 Indi Close failed to attract an opening bid at the LJ Hooker red carpet auction night at Regatta Point.
LJ Hooker Gungahlin principal and auctioneer for the property Matthew Herbert had asked for an opening bid of $1 million.
This failed to attract an offer and was dropped to $900,000.
When this amount also did not attract any bidders the property, which can rotate 360 degrees, was moved from the auction program into negotiation.
Sales agent for the property Stephen Bunday said there had been three or four people showing interest in the home but were not in a position to bid at the auction.
“We expect to continue negotiations with them under private treaty conditions,” he said.
About 100 people attended the red carpet auction event for LJ Hooker.
