More than half of the homes sold and there were about three million-dollar-plus sales.
Sales included a modern and spacious family home that sold for the second highest price ever in Rivett.
The home at 29 Darwinia Terrace, which was rebuilt after the bushfires, sold for $721,000 through Bertram Ellis Chapman agent Tom Ellis.
A stunning renovated home behind a 1920s facade in Reid sold before the scheduled auction on Saturday for a new record, through Independent Property Group Woden agent Jonathan Charles.
The home at 25 Elimatta Street went for $1.9 million, beating the previous suburb sales record by $100,000.
A well-presented family home at 149 Langdon Avenue in Wanniassa attracted a lot of interest as it went under the hammer on Saturday morning.
LJ Hooker Tuggeranong auctioneer Dan Cooper accepted an opening bid on the home of $500,000 before bids climbed quickly to the $600,000 mark.
It was declared on the market and sold promptly under the hammer for $605,000.
LJ Hooker Tuggeranong agent Rob Matheson said the home had attracted seven registered bidders.
He said no slowdown was apparent in the market yet. Activity was coming later in the year with a return to confidence.
"We finding there's a lot more activity - we've still got 15 auctions before Christmas at least," Mr Matheson said.
