The wild-looking Civic Type R features a track-honed bodykit, 20-inch wheels and a turbocharged engine that makes at least 206kW according to the Japanese car maker.
Designed as a racing car for the road, the Civic Type R features pumped guards accommodating wide tyres as well as huge cooling vents and an aggressive rear wing.

New 206kW Honda Civic Type R breaks cover at the 2014 Geneva motor show.
An early first drive of the hot Honda revealed the small hatchback had stirring straight-line performance, but the brand refused to reveal other key details surrounding the car.
The Japanese brand previously set out to build the fastest front-wheel-drive car for Germany’s Nurburgring Nordschleife, targeting the Renault Megane RS 265 as a key rival.
But the goalposts have shifted overnight, with Seat claiming a 7:58.4s lap of the circuit in its new Leon Cupra 280, several seconds faster than the Megane’s previous 8:07.9s record lap.
Honda has not yet announced exactly when the car will go on sale. A spokeswoman for the brand told Drive in 2013 that the Civic Type R “is definitely on our wish list”.
