The US adaptation of the hit ABC drama Rake has slotted a second Australian actor into its cast.
Bojana Novakovic, whose credits include the films Black Rock and Edge of Darkness, will join another Australian, Miranda Otto, on the pilot.
The series stars Greg Kinnear as Keegan Joye, a flamboyant criminal barrister with a colourful private life. The character was named Cleaver Greene in the Australian version.

Otto will play Maddie, Joye's former wife, who is also "acting as his psychiatrist".
Novakovic will play Mikki, a prostitute who has been involved, commercially and romantically, with Joye for several years.
Curiously, it is the second time Novakovic has played a high-class call girl. She also played Tippi, a working girl who aspired to become a writer, in the Australian pay TV drama, Satisfaction.
The US adaptation of Rake is being developed by the show's original creator, Peter Duncan, and US producer Peter Tolan, for Sony Television.
The pilot has been commissioned by the US Fox network. It will be produced next month and screened to program buyers in May. If a series launches, it would be launched in the US later this year.
