Exhibition offers an artistic slice of Cuban life

Made in Cuba marks two debuts. It is the first exhibition in Australia to present a cross-section of the work of seven contemporary Cuban artists - Ernesto Garcia Pena, Vicente Rodriguez Bonachea, Angel Ramirez, Gilberto Frometa, Nelson Dominguez, Zaida del Rio and Belkis Ayon. And it is the first exhibition curated by Anita Pisch, a PhD candidate at the Australian National University in art history and curatorship.
