A row has broken out between Khloe Kardashian and Sunrise amid claims that the reality star's handlers abruptly pulled the plug on an interview this morning when asked about her sister Kim's baby, North.

Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter to label the show "f---ing desperate" after the show tweeted the interview was cut short because Kardashian's "people" didn't like the line of questioning.

Khloe Kardashian has labelled Seven's early morning show Sunrise 'desperate' after a stoush over pulling the pin on her live interview.

Kardashian was spruiking a new range of clothing on the show this morning with Sam Armytage and David Koch, who were earlier warned not to deviate from the subject of the clothing line, but the interview link mysteriously cut out when Armytage brought up the topic of Kim Kardashian's daughter with Kanye West.

Sadly any extensive and vital revelations Khloe could have made about the progress of nine-month-old North were cut short by her publicists, according to Sunrise bosses.

Armytage used Khloe's baby clothing line to ask how North was progressing, to which Kardashian answered warmly, "North is fabulous. She's so beautiful, she's awesome." She added that the cousin "dynamic" between Kourtney Kardashian's daughter Penelope and North was great to see, before being abruptly cut off.

The show tweeted that Khloe's handlers had pulled the interview after Armytage's question about North.

Kardashian immediately responded saying, "Get over yourself Sunrise ... stop reaching for a story", and later called the show "f---ing desperate".

The show maintains its position, however. Producer Michael Pell tweeted that the situation was a "good lesson for publicists".

"Don't try to censor natural conversations," he posted.

Armytage and Koch later responded to Khloe Kardashian's tweets on the show, saying they had been told by their LA bureau that it had been pulled by her staff because they had strayed from the agreed questioning. Koch related Kardashian's tweets, which bizarrely pointed out that Kardashian's Twitter reach of 9.5 million followers was "about double the size of Rwanda and New Zealand".
