Channel Nine, 7pm
IN THE absence of any challenges, tonight's episode of Freedom Kitchens - I mean The Block - is even more dull than usual. Dan and Dani argue mundanely over a crooked bannister, the highlight of Sophie and Dale's stool shopping expedition is one sexist comment about women in the kitchen, and within minutes of Lara picking up Brad from the airport, the McDonald's product placement is in full swing. The highlight tonight is a tradie storm-out at Mike and Andrew's house as he tries to identify a leak for them, but even that doesn't last long and, in an ill-advised move for ratings, everyone's getting along again before the show's end.
