The girlfriend of Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has unleashed an expletive-laden rant on Twitter following the omission of her boyfriend from France's World Cup squad for Brazil.
Nasri, who was a key figure in Manchester City's Premier League title win, was left out of France's World Cup squad when manager Didier Deschamps unveiled a 23-man list plus seven standby players on Tuesday.
Nasri's partner Anara Atanes tweeted "F--k France and f--k Deschamps! What a s--t manager."

Atanes was swift to reinforce her opinion, posting "Incase [sic] u didn't read my tweet properly.... Ill repeat myself..... F*CK france and f*ck deschamps!"
Nasri, who has a reputation of being a troublemaker, was a surprise exclusion, in spite of poor recent performances for the national side.
"Samir is an important player for Manchester City but he has not performed that well with France," Deschamps told French TV channel TF1.
"He is a starter at City, which is not the case with France and he has made clear that he is not happy when he is not (a starter), and I can tell you it can be felt in the squad.
"I built the best squad, I did not pick the 23 best French players."
Nasri was handed a three-match ban for a foul-mouthed tirade at a reporter after France's quarter-final defeat by Spain at Euro 2012.
