A woman with four children in her car has been pulled over while more than three times over the legal alcohol limit.
Police intercepted the 42-year-old woman in Thomas Street in Dromana around 4pm on Wednesday.
A preliminary breath test returned a positive result and she was taken to the local police station, where she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.174.
Four children aged between two and eight were passengers in the car when she was pulled over.
The Dromana woman's licence was suspended and she will be charged on summons for traffic offences.
