The dust has settled on the 2011 AFL draft and with a few days breathing space to ponder our thoughts, it's time to assess which clubs emerged as winners from the annual footy 'yearling sales'.

Resident Age draft expert Emma Quayle will be in the chair from 1pm Monday to answer all your draft questions.

The footy scribe has already compiled a dossier analysing the hits and misses for each club, the value selections and the apparent fact that a few clubs that seemed to really need to bring one or more genuine key position prospects in either made it a late priority or didn't draft any at all.

SEND your questions in now or return to realfooty.com.au from 1pm to probe Emma with all those burning draft questions about your club.

  • Emma - as a Swans fan I'm really happy with who we managed to get in the draft. Whilst Tom Mitchell really looks the goods and seems to be s quality player, is he physically developed enough at this stage to get much of a run in 2012? I would have thought he's a little undersized at this point and may need a year or two to mature physically. Or (hopefully!), is he that good that he will demand selection in 2012? Thanks Jono

    • What's your take on Melbourne picking up James Sellar?

      • Hi Emma, just wondering what you thought of Essendon's picks of Jackson Merrett and Nick O'Brien. I noticed you didn't have Merrett in your top 25, was he far off?, and what do you think his limitations are? Also what do you think of O'Brien's midfield potential, or even tagging potential?. Thanks in advance.

        • Hi Emma, Interested to read your thoughts on Richmond's picks? You said we need 'class, class, class'. Bit hard in such a shallow draft, but maybe Ellis and Elton fit the bill? Cheers

          • Hi Emma,

Just wanted to know what your thoughts were on Matthew Arnot as a player and also whether you think he could play next year?

            • What do you think Geelong's picks say about its strategy over the next couple of years? Do the Cats think they can miraculously keep the window open yet again?

              • Do you think any of the saints boys will play seniors next year. Jay Lever could be excellent pick up to play CHB. Do you think Markworth has poor footskills is that why he could have slipped to 35

                • Hi Emma.

What do you think of the Hawks drafting? Hill seems to be a speculative pick in some eyes. Do you agree?

                  • Hi Emma,
                    Love your work,
Wondering what you think of the hawks picking up Alex Woodward with pick 53. He was captain and B&F winner of the dragons this year. Was his height the reason he didn't go earlier in the draft?

                    • Emma, Sam Rowe's highlights reel is very impressive. If I didn't know better I'd say he was J.Brown ! Good hands, farily agile for his size, great kick. So what's the knock on him? Why didn't he go earlier if he looks that good? Is he a chance to be a huge surprise and become a fine AFL player or is he most likely to be little more than a stop gap like DeLuca/Setanta?
