"No plunging necklines" ... Drew Barrymore has a "timeless" wedding dress in mind.

Drew Barrymore wants her wedding dress to be "something timeless".

The Hollywood actress got engaged to 34-year-old art consultant Will Kopelman in December last year.

Barrymore is renowned for her alternative dress sense, but insists she'll be sticking to the more traditional route when it comes to her wedding gown.

"Not a plunging neckline! Something tasteful. Something timeless," she told Us weekly at the recent Marni for H&M event.

Although she has a couple of ideas in her head, Barrymore insists that she isn't a Bridezilla. In an interview with Good Morning America's Robin Roberts last month the star revealed that she hasn't thought much about the big day.

"I think everyone expects you to kind of know right away what the plans are," she said.

"I'm like, 'oh goodness, it just happened a month ago! Do I not have it together or is it ok to keep daydreaming?'"

Kopelman proposed over the festive holidays in Sun Valley, Idaho. The pair has been in a relationship since February 2011.

Barrymore is famed for her colourful love life, having been married twice and dated stars such as actor Justin Long and musician Fabrizio Moretti.
