Bookended by the Golden Globes and the Oscars, we are currently in the midst of a pretty dense calendar period for Hollywood's elite.
And this year, among the SAGs and the Grammys, there was another A-list event in the mix: Ellen DeGeneres' 60th birthday.
The talk show host, who turned the big 6-0 on January 26, has been celebrating her birthday for a couple of weeks now, with guests like Sofia Vergara and Michelle Obama stopping by her show to give their well wishes.
But the real party was on Saturday night, when anyone who's anyone fronted up to DeGeneres' birthday party.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West booked a babysitter and were in attendance. Kardashian shared pictures of the couple taken in the party's photobooth (a classy, Vanity Fair behind-the-scenes at the Oscars kind of affair: alas, there were no fake moustache and speech bubble props).
They later posed for pictures with their self-aware counterparts, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
Meghan Trainor was at the event. She snagged a picture with DeGeneres herself in the photobooth and brought along her new fiancé, Daryl Sabara, who you might remember from such classic films as Spy Kids, Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over, and who would definitely not have been invited to this party if it were not for his recent engagement to Trainor.
The Newsroom actor Olivia Munn posed with Jennifer Aniston in the photobooth, posting the picture to Instagram. While Amy Schumer certainly sent her fans into a frenzy with her own upload from the party: a picture of her kissing a mystery man.
E! Online has confimed the man in question is chef Chris Fischer.
The pair have been rumoured to be dating since November 2017, when pictures emerged of them having dinner together in New York.
